My Dearest Tyson Students & Families:
During the recent ASD school closure, I am wishing you and your families all the best. Here are some music lessons and activities to keep music in your homes during these unpredictable times.
Scroll down for music activities to access at any time with your family. Activities on this page include: primary music lessons, recorder play-alongs, sing-alongs, crafts, online games, videos to watch and more!

These activities are just ONE WAY you can play music and connect with your classmates and music teacher without leaving home. There are lots of other ways you can keep music alive in your home too.
Sing a song to a parent or sibling to make them smile. Ask a family member what kind of music they like to listen to. Learn about music and dance from your culture. Try a new instrument (maybe you have one home) or ask for permission to download a free instrument app for a smartphone or tablet.
Here are some awesome instrument apps to search for: Virtuoso Piano Free 2, Pocket Shaker, Garageband, Pocket Guitar, Drumkit App and Kids Musical Instruments.
